A trusted partner through growth, transition, and what comes next.

Lisa Cefali, B. Comm (Honors) FEA

Leadership becomes more complex when growth, transition, people, and legacy intersect.

That’s where Lisa Cefali does her best work.

Lisa is a dynamic, multilingual executive with more than 37 years of leadership experience across telecommunications, agriculture, fashion manufacturing and retail, full-spectrum marketing and digital marketing, e-business, executive search and recruitment, sports marketing, and nonprofit organizations.

Her career has spanned executive leadership, strategic planning, project management, technology, and organizational development — giving her a unique ability to quickly understand the realities, pressures, and opportunities facing an organization.

As a former partner in an HR consulting firm for over a decade, Lisa worked closely with businesses navigating periods of growth, instability, succession, and change. Her approach balances strategic direction with operational reality, helping organizations align mission, values, leadership, and long-term planning in ways that are both practical and sustainable.

Since earning her designation as a Family Enterprise Advisor in 2018, Lisa has supported organizations and business families across Canada through the complexities of transition, succession, leadership development, and organizational growth.

Her work is grounded in the belief that successful organizations are built through strong leadership, thoughtful planning, healthy culture, and honest conversations — especially during moments that matter most.

Today, Lisa works closely with clients through one-to-one consulting engagements focused on family enterprise advising, succession planning, career transition, strategic and business planning, fund development, executive search, and fractional executive leadership.

Alongside her corporate leadership experience, Lisa has also contributed extensively through volunteer leadership roles at both the board and operational levels. Organizations she has supported include Variety – the Children’s Charity International, Junior Achievement of Manitoba, Sons and Daughters of Italy, The Associates of the Asper School of Business, Winnipeg Chamber of Commerce, Canadian Museum for Human Rights, CPA Manitoba, Nellie McClung Foundation, and the Winnipeg Blue Bombers.
